ABOUT JANELLE
Janelle Radcliffe is an attorney at our firm. Prior to working at Leading-Edge Law Group, Janelle
worked at NASA Langley Research Center’s Office of General Counsel as a business, ethics,
and intellectual property law intern, in addition to working at the Vista Institute for AI Policy and
the Center for AI Safety as an AI law and policy researcher and an AI course instructor.
At William & Mary Law School, Janelle was the President of the Student Intellectual Property
Society, the Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Legal Society, and the First-Generation Student
Association. She was also a recipient of William & Mary’s 2025 Cypher Award.
During her time at the University of Florida, Janelle interned at the Federal Trade Commission’s
Bureau of Consumer Protection, in the Division of Advertising Practices. Janelle also served on
the Student Honor Code Administration and worked as an ambassador for the University of
Florida’s Student Legal Services.
